Following a thorough exchange of evidence, De Tomaso also moved for summary judgment on November 6, 2024, seeking the termination of the claims based on their lack of legal and evidentiary support. The company is confident that the record evidence will demonstrate that the allegations do not hold up under scrutiny and are legally baseless. 

In addition, De Tomaso has initiated counterclaims against the consultant for breaches of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment, reinforcing the company’s commitment to ethical business practices.
